Here are some of the key features of this elliptical:

• This elliptical has several unique patents! They are:
  A) RMDS System. This feature enables you to enjoy programs that involve going in reverse!
  B) The second one is the "Quick Tilt Console". This is their (IMO) coolest feature! What this means is that for all those families that have had to compromise in past,those times are over! With the simple adjustment of a lever, you can point the console to face almost anybody, whether you are 5'1" or 6'5".
  
• Display is LED tri-colour with dot matrix display, three info windows, Heart Rate window, and a clock.


• There are eight groups of pre-set programs: 1) Be Active, 2) Body Shape, 3) Outdoors, 4) add time, 5) Heart rate, 6) Sports Training, 7) Fitness Test, and 8) Custom. This gives you a total of 23 programs (includes 4 memory and 4 learn programs). X-Card is an option that will allow you to write an infinite number of future programs, via your dealer. You can also set up to four user ID's to accomodate four different user profiles.
