45 Degree Hyper Extention
The 45 degree hyper extension bench is great for:
  • Relieving lower back pain
  • Fighting compression fatigue
  • Increasing flexibility
  • Improving circulation
  • Strengthening back and abdominal muscles
This is accomplished by offering a strong steel frame, with "DuraFirm" padding. Telescoping midsection ensures that this unit will fit just about anybody. You also get oversize 8-inch foam rollers to hold you in place, securely and comfortably.

Vertical Knee Raise
This is another example of Body Solid giving you great bang for the buck. This is actually four stations in one. With this unit, you can do:
  • Chin-ups
  • Pull-ups
  • Close-grip versions of each of the above
  • You can get a dip belt to add extra resistance for the above exercises
  • Knee raises (the best way to target the lower abs)
  • Push up handles are 12 inches of the ground. This lets you go extra deep
The frame is 2-inch by 2-inch construction with 12-gauge steel, and four sided welding. The DuraFirm padding gives you great support and comfort.

Cam Series Ab / Back Machine
The Cam series is a very unique line of fitness equipment. There are four pieces in the series. They all share two common features: They are all plate-loaded and dual-use. The ab and back unit is a great piece for strengthening the midsection. This is also heavy duty enough that it would not be out of place in a light commercial environment. The frame is composed of 2 inch X 2 inch and 2 inch X 4 inch sections. The cam can be set in 26 different positions. The foam rollers holding the feet can be adjusted.

Pro-Style Powerline Ab Board
This is a nice little ab board at a great price. This is a great little unit for doing sit-ups. As you progress, you can go deeper and deeper. Once you can go all the way down and up, start going left elbow to right knee, and vice versa.
