This is our nicest one stack gym, made for people who want it all. With the light commercial warranty, it also offers a great value for someone looking for a smaller gym
for their condo/corporate fitness centre/apt. building set ups.
The bench press unit is adjustable so that you can change it to perform incline press, shoulder press, and seated rows. As with most Body Solid gyms, you can place the
unit right up against the wall to save space.

- Gas assisted seat height adjustment
- 210lb weight stack (upgradable to 260lbs)

The assembled size is 83"H x 71"L x 44"W (not counting options).
Speaking of options you have several with this gym. This gym offers the widest choice of any multi-gym:
- Economy leg press. HUGE bang for the buck.
- Our regular press. Much beefier and much more expensive. Our standard for more than a decade.
- Inner and outer thigh station, aslo known as an abductor/adductor station.
- Next up is the adjustable cable column. If you know what you are doing, the options are just about endless.
- There is also a much smaller optiona available. It is an accessory rack that bolts on to the gym to hold all your accessories. Very handy if you think you might add
more acessories down the road for variety. Yoiu could also add this later.
Each gym comes with accessories, a workout poster, and a DVD.
Of course, like all Body Solid gyms, the warranty is life on all parts in home use. This unit also has a light commercial warranty.
