
Welcome to the Accessory Combo Packs
While all of the Body solid gyms come with accessories already included, combo packs can offer
you more options. This is a great way to get more out of your gym, and find some new exercises
to keep up the motivation. Boredom can be the enemy of anyone trying to keep a steady routine
over the long haul.
The first package is what we call the big pack. It includes:

- A tricep rope. This is probably the single best tool you can get for working the triceps.
It can also be used for doing curls, and for doing crunches.
- The next piece is the single grip handle. This is great for isolating one arm or half the
chest.
- The next item is a must-have. It is called a chinning triangle. This can be used for doing
seated rows off of the low pulley, or lat pull downs from the high pulley. With both exercises,
it give you a close grip movement that you just don't get from using the bars that come with
the gym.
- The next item is a 5lb weight adapter. These can be crucial in your development because most
gyms come with weight stacks that have 10lb plates. While this may work for some exercises,
there are many movements where 10lbs is too big a jump.
- The last piece is the Revolving curl bar. This can be used for curls, reverse curls, tricep
press downs, etc.
