Welcome to the G4I Gym

The G4I is a staff favourite. This gym offers all the benefits of free weight training, with the conveinence of a multi-gym. With the free-floating press arms, you can perform decline bench press, flat bench press, incline bench press, shoulder press, and pec flys. Also, the arms are unilateral, so with each arm being independant, you will have to balance the load. This is a great feature that gives you the same core training as free weights.

• There is also an optional leg press/calf raise station

The assembled size is 83"H x 71"L x 44"W (not counting leg press).

Each gym comes with accessories, a workout poster, and a DVD.

Of course, like all Body Solid gyms, the warranty is life on all parts in home use. This unit also has a light commercial warranty.
