This truly is a great little unit for doing sit-ups. As you progress, you can go deeper and deeper. Once you can go all the way down, start touching your elbows to the
opposite knee. VERY tough!
We get questions constantly about how to get that six pack happening. Sadly, there is NO shortcut! You need to work the abs and diet. This would be a great piece to get
you started.
