Without a doubt the VKR is one of the most popular pieces of equipment that we sell. A lot of people like our specialized selection but it really is hard to justify spending several hundred dollars on a piece that will only perform one function. This unit is actually four stations in one.
The York model is not quite as heavy duty or heavily warranted as the Body Solid model, but it is less than half the price!

With this unit, you can do:

• Chin ups


• Pull ups


• Close-grip versions of each of the above


• You can get a dip belt to add extra resistance for the above exercises


• Knee raises (the best way to target the lower abs)


• Push up handles are 12 inches off the ground. This lets you go extra deep

The frame is round tubing consisting 12 and 14 gauge steel.
